For First Time Account Activation Only

If you have not yet used your Aquinas account:

  1. Complete the "Register" option to initiate account activation. (NOTE: this link takes you to an authorized Microsoft login page.)
  2. Complete the "Change Password" option using the following information:

Email: Aquinas email address

Password:

  • New students and employees: last 7 digits of Aquinas ID number + birth date (#######MMDDYY)
  • Current users: use current password

Note: If you currently have a 6 digit Student or Employee ID number, please add a "0" to the front of your ID number to create a 7 digit ID number. (0######)

   

Password Requirements

  • Be at least 12 characters in length.
  • No spaces, asterisks, or parentheses.
  • Contain at least 1 number.
  • Contain at least 1 lower-case character.
  • Contain at least 1 special character (e.g., @, #, $, etc.).
  • Not contain your username.
  • Not contain your first name.
  • Not contain your last name.
  • Not be too similar to your current password.
