Management
Conferencing and Event Services is your main point of contact to facilitate all your meeting and event needs. Our department provides knowledgeable, experienced event managers to guide you through all phases of the planning process. From the initial inquiry process, we offer a direct meeting with one of our skilled event coordinators, follow-up communication as the event or meeting details develop, and day-of assistance to make sure the venue is set, vendors have access to the space, and all of your details are set and ready.
Catering
Aquinas Dining Services will develop a unique offering of meal plans and menu selections. We will assist as needed during the menu selection process, and our skilled dining staff will play a key role in your event. You will work directly with ADS to solidify a menu to suite your event needs.
Facilites and Site Selection
The ÂÌñÒùÆÞ campus provides a variety of event space, state of the art meeting rooms, advanced technology classrooms, as well as theatre and ballroom space. In addition, our indoor and outdoor athletic facilities support a wide range of needs from professional conferences to summer camps. From the initial inquiry stage, our team will provide options to best meet the needs of your event. Describing your event vision and needs is the best way for us to determine what will suit your needs.
Meeting Design and Set-Up
We will work directly with you on a set-up diagram and offer on-site walkthroughs and space visits when needed.
Logistics
We manage all aspects of the event space and how and when the venue is set-up. We coordinate with campus services for set-up/tear-down, housekeeping, grounds, and any additional services you may need. Simply work out your event timeline and agenda with your designated event manager.
Photography Permits
Conferencing and Event Services is your main point of contact to apply for a Photography Permit.
Technology
Our knowledgeable event coordinators will ensure your program runs flawlessly. We work with you to ensure AV needs are met, either through our in-house equipment, or through a preferred vendor. We can also provide on-site management and troubleshooting during your event, if requested.
Vendors and Rentals
We can offer a preferred vendor list, assist with coordination of services and access times to the venue, and help manage the logistical needs of the vendor.
