Payment Plans: Frequently Asked Questions

How can I view my bill?
Aquinas utilizes e-billing.  No paper bills are sent out, in keeping with our commitment to sustainability.
The first e-mail will be sent July 15. After the initial billing statement notification, students will receive a monthly reminder (around the 15th of each month) to review their account for any new charges that may have occurred, if they have a balance with Aquinas. This reminder will occur even if a payment plan is set up. Students can view their bill by logging into . Billing statements can be found under the financial tab.

Where do I go to pay in full or set up a payment plan?

  • Students: Log into , click the Financial tab and click on "make a payment" at the top left.
  • For parents or others that don’t have access to the student’s account: Visit our Payment Plan page to make a one-time payment or set up a payment plan. A student ID number must be entered to complete any payments.

There are three options for paying online: e-check, debit card, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). We no longer accept American Express. There is a 2.55% fee on debit or credit card transactions (minimum charge $1) and a $1.50 transaction fee on e-check.
